Supporting the people who are working to make the world a better place

My coaching practice exists in service of a specific kind of person: leaders, teams, and individuals who have chosen work that is driven by purpose, whether in international organisations, non-profits, or mission-driven parts of the corporate world. Sustaining yourself, and working well together, in the face of that work's demands is not incidental. It is essential.

Coaching approach

Head, heart, body, and system

My coaching approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance and wellbeing are inseparable, and that this is especially true for people engaged in mission-driven work. The weight of that work, the complexity of the environments it takes place in, and the depth of personal commitment it tends to involve all make the inner dimensions of leadership and teamwork particularly important to attend to.

I work with the whole person and the whole team, attending not just to the presenting challenge, but to the underlying dynamics, relationships, and patterns that shape how leaders and teams function. I bring authenticity, deep presence, and empathy alongside courageous challenge, creating environments where people can have honest conversations, reflect together, and translate insights into meaningful action.

I am trained through IMD's Executive Coaching Certification (IECC) programme and hold certification in motivation-based assessments, which I draw on selectively in team work where relevant.
